After you set up your username and password, you will be asked to choose security questions and answers. We advise that you write these questions and answers down as well as if you need to reset your password, you will have to input these answers.
After you put in your username and password, you will be asked to complete a biopsychosocial. This biopsychosocial will give the providers the background information that they need to treat you. This information is secure and will not be released to anyone unless a Release of Information is signed. Please fill out this information and select "Save Completed" when you are finished.
The next page will ask you to fill out your insurance information. Please note that depending on the service, your insurance may not cover it. Please inquire with your insurance company to verify what they will and will not cover. You can also choose to opt to self-pay by clicking "I will self-pay" at the top of the page. When you are finished filling out your insurance information, please save at the bottom.
After filling out your insurance information, you will be asked to put a credit card on file. This card will be used for any payments necessary, but will not be charged without your knowledge. You cannot move past this page without filling out this information, so please do so. You will not be charged; however, there will be a $1 verification charge that will go away after the portal authenticates your card.
Once these pages are completed, you will be able to view your upcoming sessions, pay co-pays/ pay for sessions, view your information on file/ edit your biopsychosocial, and access tele-health sessions.
